Enjoy this syrup in a cocktail try pairing it is with vodka or Tequila. It can also be lengthened with a white wine to make a Kir or a sparkling wine for a Kir Royal.
Of course, you can spoil yourself and use this syrup on ice cream, with sparkling water, in the kitchen or for baking!
- 1 oz White grape juice (or red wine)
- 1 oz Orange juice
- ¾ oz Strawberry & Sichuan Syrup
- ¾ oz Lemon juice
- Soda water (or sparkling wine)
PREPARATION: Put all the ingredients in a wine glass, mix with a spoon. Garnish a basil leaf. If using red wine, if you have time to prepare it in advance, put everything in the refrigerator. Pour into glasses and lengthen to taste with sparkling wine.

The founder, Jeanne, grew up in France and she remembered how a dash of syrup could make a huge difference in mineral water, be it blackcurrant, orgeat or any homemade creation.
